Director of operations and Culture
Lee Jordan Jr. Is a husband, father, mentor, educator, entrepreneur and Baltimore native with a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland in 2016. He began organizing journeys in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Operations and Culture at Black Yield Institute. Lee’s flame was ignited in this food work as he learned about the injustices in our food systems and moved into action to liberate people of color. Lee’s interests are preparing our youth and empowering his community. In his spare time he enjoys spending time and traveling with his family, playing chess and cards, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
