Food Susu Organizer
Xitlali Ceballos is the Food Susu Organizer with the Black Yield Institute, tasked mainly with supporting the development with the Cherry Hill Food Co-Op. With roots in rural Mexico, they were raised in both the sub-urban USA and campesino lifestyles. Xitlali was brought into Land and Food Sovereignty Work through the migration experiences of my family, summers in my village (Tepames, MX), and travel throughout Latin America (mainly Ecuador and Colombia). They are interested in cooking various Latin American foods, cultivating plants, and manga/anime!
