TwanDoe is the Director of Operations and Culture of Black Yield Institute. His goal is to carry on the work of the Black Radical Tradition as well as contribute to the growth of people and culture at BYI.

He is interested in serving the city of Baltimore and helping to create independent institutions in Black communities.

He was attracted to the work of Black Yield as a result of his own personal health/wellness/fitness journey where he encountered the necessity of Black communities to have access to quality food choices. Outside of work Doe loves to hoop, workout, take hikes, watch movies, cartoons, documentaries, and cook.
