Administrative Organizer
Amber Jordan is Black Yield Institute’s Assistant Administrator Organizer.
Amber was attracted to Black Yield’s mission as she studied dietetics with a focus in community nutrition and was eager to learn more about the political/systematic aspects of food apartheid through BYI’s mission with the community.
Amber’s goal is to assist brown and black people with liberating themselves from unhealthy practices that’ve unintentionally learned.
Outside of work Amber loves cooking, loving on her plants, spending time with family, and deeply exploring her spirit through different self care practices.
