Jazmine Jackson is Black Yield Institute’s Marketplace Organizer of Inventory. Jazmine was interested in the work that BYI does and the passion behind it before joining. She is grateful to be able to be a part of it and has the desire to educate and serve the community.

Jazmine’s goal with BYI is to continue to learn more about the work so that she can continue to teach others and educate them to make the best development possible, while also engaging with folks and creating memories. She was brought into the work by discovering black land & food sovereignty and how it affected her and the people around her.

Outside of work, Jazmine enjoys reading, nature walks, tutoring/mentoring, and hanging out with family and friends
